Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within a standard processing time. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Loomx error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. Loomx will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
